Saha Baidda Nath & Co. Chartered Accountants is a firm registered under the bye-Laws of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh, an autonomous body under ministry of commerce, established under the Chartered Accounts order-1973 (President’s order no. 02 of 1973).

Saha Baidda Nath & Co. Chartered Accountants is Financial Reporting Council (FRC) enlisted CA Firm.Financial Reporting Council is a Bangladesh government regulatory agency under Ministry of Finance, responsible for regulating auditing and audit firms.

We have five service divisions in our firm i.e., (a) Audit & Assurance, (b) Accounting & Financial (c) Taxation & VAT (d) Consultancy and (e) Company Secretarial. We are fully equipped to provide one stop professional services to our client.

Our Firm

Saha baidda nath & Co. Chartered Accountants is a firm of Chartered Accountants, Widely known as CA Firm. It started its journey on 01 February 2023.

 are popularly known as SBNC.

Our Firm has a dedicate professional team with Multidiscipline expertise. It is also well equipped relating to infrastructure facility, IT equipment and internet facility. 

We provide a wide range of service to the client including external audit / statutory audit, internal Audit service, internal control set up, taxation Service, VAT consultancy, Accounts preparation service, RJSC & F related service, Trade license, TIN, BIN, IRC, ERC. BIDA permission etc.

Our Principal & CEO

Mr. Baidda Nath Saha is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB). His ICAB Membership Enrollment Number is 1562 and session of qualifying CA was November-December 2012.

He has completed his B.Com (Honors) M.Com in Accounting under National University. 

He completed his Chartered Accountancy from Haque Shahalam Mansur & Co. Chartered Accountants, Dhaka.

He has more than 10 years of post-qualification experience in corporate sector on different fields.

In the beginning of his career, he joined SQUARE PHARMACEUTICALS LTD. in Internal Audit Department as Corporate Auditor. He served SQUARE Group for approximately seven years from the year 2007 to year 2014 in different capacities under SAP Environment.

After leaving from SQUARE GROUP, he joined Hoque Bhattacharjee Das & Co., Chartered Accountants as Senior Manager. During continuing job in the CA Firm, he served various client for Internal control structure design and internal audit services, Accounting and information system design, Financial advisory services, Tax consultancy, External audit to different client of the company.

On 1 st January 2015 he joined Universal Medical College & Hospital Limited as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and served till to 31 st December 2022 in that position. During continuing job as CFO of Universal Medical College & Hospital Limited, he managed the company’s fund strategically to continue the

operations smoothly and grow-up. Besides the fund management he also performed the several challenging issues including Overall corporate Planning, Corporate Tax and VAT Issues, Maintaining Accounts of the group, Designing Internal Control System, Bank & Fund management, Preparing Information Memorandum (IM), Project Proposal of the upcoming projects of the group, Controlling Billing Section Activity, Control Suppliers Payment System, monitoring Human Resources Department’s Activity and leading the activity of System Development. 

Basically, he has expertise in preparing Financial Statements, Internal Control Setup, Internal Audit, External Audit, Management Audit, Tax & Vat Management, Human Resources Management, Fund Management, Suppliers Credit Control, SOP Preparation, Information Memorandum Preparation, Feasibility Study of Project for corporate sector. He also works for company secretarial issues. 

He has vast knowledge on IAS, IFRS, ISA, Income Tax Law, Value Added Tax Law, Company Act etc. 

He joined various training on financial management and leadership to deepen of his knowledge require for serving client strategically. 

He is a senior member of Dhaka Tax Bar Association and NBR Approved Authorized VAT Consultant. (Proposed)
